Introduction:

We’d like to say a few words about our gymnasium.  Our gymnasium is a fine three-storeyed building in the center of Chernivtsa in Golovna street. The school-building is not very large, but there are many classrooms and specialized rooms for studying different subjects.
Our pupils study Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Ukrainian, History, Geography and Biology in specialized rooms. We also study three foreign languages – English, German and French.
Chemistry, Physics and Biology are taught in well equipped science rooms. They have cinema and projectors, TV-sets. Schemes and tables are on the walls, there is a good equipment for laboratory experiments in the labs. At the lessons we often carry out different experiments and make careful observations.
There is a special room for Computer Science equipped with computers. It’s very interesting for us to communicate with people from another countries, share our knowledge and ideas, get to know new interesting things. Our teachers are always ready to help.
There is the Assembly Hall on the first floor of our gymnasium. The Assembly Hall is rather large and light. We usually gather there to celebrate holidays, held meetings, quizzes and contests. This makes us friendlier and closer.

Contributions Challenge 1:

TO ENSURE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO BUILD A PROSPEROUS FUTURE, WE MUST KNOW FROM CHILDHOOD THAT ALL NATIONS AND ALL PEOPLE ARE EQUAL AND HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS ON EARTH.

CHILDREN NO WAY BE EQUATED TO ADULT, INCLUDING IN THE LEGAL ASPECTS. THE CHILD MUST BE ENSURED SPECIAL RIGHTS, SPECIAL PROTECTION THAT HAVE A TIME DIMENSION AND SPECIAL MEANING. THE CHILD, LIKE EVERY HUMAN BEING, FROM BIRTH HAS RIGHTS.

THERE IS A STEREOTYPE THAT A GOOD CHILD - OBEDIENT CHILD. A DOCILE - MEANS COMFORTABLE. WHEN A CHILD OR TEENAGER HURT OLDER, USUALLY IN CHILDREN MUCH AS POSSIBLE JUST RESISTING.

NOW THE PROBLEM OF CHILDHOOD IS A MAJOR PROBLEM THROUGHOUT THE WORLD FOR CHILDREN - OUR FUTURE. SOMETIMES WE HAVE MET WITH DISMISSIVE AND ARROGANT ATTITUDE OF ADULTS TO CHILDREN , SO WE OFTEN QUESTION ARISES: IS THE CHILD SOME INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS? IT TURNED OUT THAT THE ISSUE CONCERNS MANY OF OUR FRIENDS AND PEERS . WE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR COUNTRY IS YOUNG, BEING FORMED AS A LEGAL MAJORITY OF ITS CITIZENS LEGALLY IGNORANT AND CIVILIZED ARE NOT USED TO DEFEND THEIR INTERESTS WITHOUT VIOLATING THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS . BUT HOW LONG TO WAIT FOR IMPROVEMENTS? IS THE CURRENT GENERATION OF YOUNG UKRAINIAN WAS NOT DESTINED TO LIVE IN A LEGAL STATE , ONLY TO BE ITS ETERNAL BUILDER? WHAT PREVENTS US? CANCEL CONTRADICTIONS AND LAW AND FINALLY BEGIN TO FOLLOW IT IN PRACTICE ? OF COURSE, WE HAVE TOO LITTLE LIFE EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE. SO WE DECIDED TO STUDY THIS PROBLEM MORE TO BE ABLE TO CIVILIZED ABLE TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS AND DEFEND THE LAW . I HOPE THAT MY WORK WILL HELP CHILDREN IN OUR REGION IMPROVE THEIR LEGAL AWARENESS AND DIGNITY , AND ADULTS - TO RECONSIDER THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CHILD AS AN INDIVIDUAL .

Today we can see a lot of examples of breaking law of world conventions. It's a pity, but children are hostages of world wars, country crisis and different conflicts. So the main question is how can we protect our young society? It's a really difficult question, because the biggest part of us have never fell this awful things...
I'm from Sevastopol. So, I'm a part of Crimea conflict between Ukraine and Russia Federation. We haven't got a war, but we have aggressive politic of our "neighbour", so people have believed in lie from Russian TV. But I know, that ideology of people in Crimea is 50/50. And now we can see Russian militarization on this territory. So I can only cry with aggressive politic there.
I think that Organization of United Nations shouldn't be outdoors of conflict, like it was in Ukraine. They should help every country which need they "hand". The friend in need - is a friend in deed...

We liked the pictures you guys had and we think they are very clear and explain a lot. We also like how you guys explain everything that is happening in the pictures, but have you considered making a video instead? Because they can explain a lot and show a lot. We also liked the amount of detail that you put in explaining the classes. Overall the introduction was very good but have you considered showing a picture of the entire school and including interesting facts about Ukraine?

What you said about the situation in Sevastopol actually made us think of how children are treated in the post-USSR community. A few days ago, one of our students traveled to Odessa, where he witnessed an awful situation.

Two boys were riding their bycicles down the road. They stopped by a grocery store. Right away, a man driving an SUV stopped his car by the bycicles and started to argue with the boys. Instead of finding a solution diplomatically, the man began yelling and finally hit the boys. He went away after that.

We think that's a very illustrative example of how people's rights are violated. In our opinion, one may not use violence while interacting with children.

Have you ever faced a situation like this? If yes, tell us how you solved it.

Answer from Iliya: Yes! there are lots of simular situarions in my life, but I always try to don't make aggressive actions and look for methods of solving problems. But I said in my essay about political problems of children. As for about other social problems, it's a very biggest problem, which should to discuss not only on WebPages. It's the mission of goverments of our countries = make protection of life of next generations!
